Red Pepper Remoulade for Crab Cakes, Shrimp Dip or Sandwich Spread
2 tablespoons Roasted Red Pepper Mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil

Spicy Curry Mustard Sauce for Grilled Tuna Steak
3 tablespoons Spicy Curry Mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Top grilled Tuna with sauce!

Marinade for Pork Loin and Mu Shu Sauce for Stir Fry
1/3 cup Spicy Curry Mustard
2/3 cup Michigan Maple BBQ Sauce
1/3 cup Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil
Place pork roast in crock pot, add sauce and cook, simply delicious!

Cherry Grilled Steak with Feta Cheese & Red Peppers
Grill steak
Glaze with Michigan Cherry BBQ Sauce
Sprinkle with Feta Cheese (Blue Cheese works too!)
Top with Sansonetti Roasted Red Peppers

Sausage & Arrabiata “Pepper” Sauce
Brown 1 inch cuts of Italian Sausage in pan
Smother sausages in Arrabiata Pasta Sauce and simmer until sausage is cooked
The bite size sausages make a great appetizer alone or with fresh bread or
pour sausage and sauce over any cooked pasta.

“Mop” Sauce for BBQ and Pulled Pork
Reduce:
1 cup Michigan Apple BBQ Sauce
¼ cup Spicy Curry Mustard
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
Ladle over cooked meat before serving.

Glazed Carrots that kids love!  
Carmelize carrots in butter then add Michigan Apple Glaze to taste for a Glazed Carrots side dish.

Apple Salad Dressing
1 cup salad oil
2/3 cup white vinegar
½ cup Michigan Apple Glaze
Place in lidded container and shake well to mix,
add raisins, apples, walnuts, feta cheese to salad greens and add Apple Salad Dressing

Cherry Balsamic Salad Dressing
2 parts Michigan Cherry BBQ Sauce
1 part Balsamic & Basil Dipping Oil
Mix well and serve over salad.

Curry Rice
Add 3 tablespoons of Spicy Curry Mustard to 2 cups boiling water and add 1 cup long grain rice.
Stir in ¼ cup   raisins. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or till rice is done.  
Mix ½ cup chopped cashews into rice.

Spanish Rice  
1 cup Grilled Salsa
1 cup water
¾ cup long grain rice
Combine Salsa, water and rice, cover, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes
or till rice is done.  
   

Ratatouille
Saute diced eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, potatoes, onion and garlic in olive oil.
Add Eggplant Pasta Sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
A popular French stew; serve with a salad and fresh bread

Substitute Michigan Cherry BBQ Sauce or Michigan Maple BBQ Sauce for ketchup;
