Joe Sansonetti's passion for preparing outstanding cuisine grew from three generations of experience and expertise, handed down from his mother, Lola, and Grandma Assunta and Pacifico Sansonetti, who emigrated to America from the Abbuzzo region of Italy.

Joe's restaurants, Pacifico's in Troy (opened in 1977) and Pacifico's in Bricktown were famed for the rustic Italian style that our family loves.
